## How Aspen keeps your data safe

Aspen never logs the content of your prompts in long-term storage. Sensitive payload is stripped before any logging. The routing decisions are kept (for analytics on what works), but the words you typed are not.

Honestly, you should not have to. Aspen exists so the other products feel reliable. If we did our job, you never think about it.

**Does Aspen send my data to other companies?**  
It routes your request to intelligence providers we partner with. None of them retain your data; we have agreements to ensure that. See /trust for the full list.

**Is Aspen available as a standalone product?**  
Not on this site. For developer/enterprise access, see aspen.wade.technology.

**What happens if every intelligence is down at once?**  
Products fall back to a degraded mode and tell you clearly that AI features are paused. We do not pretend.
